What’s Not Covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Make a Claim
- Submit your request through our Warranty Center or email help@zibacollection.com.
- Include proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim within 5 business days.
- If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost (international customers may be responsible for shipping).
For International Customers
If you live outside the U.S., you are considered the Importer of Record and are responsible for complying with your country’s import laws, duties, taxes, and customs fees. Replacement shipping charges may apply for international warranty claims.
