Returns & Exchanges
U.S. Orders
- Exchanges – Free via mail for all non–final-sale items.
- Returns for Refund –
- Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and returned with proof of purchase.
- A $6.00 restocking fee will be deducted from refund totals.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

International order exchanges and warranty replacements are subject to international shipping charges.
Additional Return Guidelines
- Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Customers may initiate up to 4 returns within a 6-month period; additional requests may require review and approval.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product upon delivery, contact our Customer Service team immediately so we can send the correct replacement.
